Returns & Exchanges
At Skeleton Key Trading Company, every item is made or fulfilled with care. Because most pieces are made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
However, we always want you to love your purchase. If there is a concern with craftsmanship or quality, please read the guidelines below so we can assist you quickly and fairly.
QUALITY ISSUES (24-Hour Reporting Window)
If your item arrives with a quality issue (such as a flaw in the shirt material or a problem with DTF application), you must email us at skeletonkeytrading@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we will remake the item or exchange it for the same exact product. Exchanges are only permitted for the identical item (same design, size, and color).
LOCAL ORDERS — Sizing Exchanges
For local pickup customers, we allow one exchange due to sizing within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item:
• Shows no signs of wear, washing, use, or damage
• Is in the same condition it was picked up
• Has not been worn for any period of time
If we determine an item has been worn or used, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
NO REFUNDS
Because items are made to order or shipped directly from trusted partners, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect shipping address
• Delayed carrier delivery
• Color/texture variation from screen to print
• Changing your mind after ordering

ORDERS FROM TRUSTED PARTNERS (Third-Party Fulfillment)
Some items are produced and shipped through trusted fulfillment partners. These partners maintain their own return and exchange policies, which may differ from ours.
If your item was produced by one of our partners and arrived with an issue, we will guide you through the correct process for that specific vendor.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
While rare, shipping carriers can sometimes lose or damage packages.
If this happens, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim or working with the carrier.
Once an order is handed off to USPS/UPS, delivery times and handling are out of our control.
Skeleton Key Trading Company reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for any reason, especially if an item shows signs of:
• Wear
• Damage
• Washing
• Alteration
• Odor (perfume, smoke, pets)
We cannot accept items that are not in original, unused condition.
